The iconic hotel is one of Kansas City’s top 10 largest full-service hotels featuring 369 well-appointed rooms and 17,000 sq. ft. of event space. Located in close proximity to Arrowhead Stadium, the Adam’s Mark is a gameday destination fan favorite.

The Adams Mark hotel was looking to undertake a large energy project. A trusted advisor strongly suggested speaking with MES regarding additional cost savings and incentives. In addition, the general manager wanted to know if the energy direction he was going would actually save him money and if he should be doing anything differently.
Solution
MES met with Adams Mark and validated all of the general manager's assumptions. MES worked with the utilities on this energy project to maximize the incentives for energy efficiency.
MES completed many energy savings calculations on behalf of the customer. The general manager received a check much larger than he expected and shared his excitement with his colleagues.
