introduction

The COO of Harvesters met Managed Energy Systems at a Blue Valley Industrial Association Royals game. There was interest in completing an LED lighting project to improve the light levels, save energy and save maintenance expenses. It took a year and a half to find money in the budget for this project.

Solution

Harvesters management was looking to maximize the value of the lighting project through long-lasting lighting fixtures and incentives at a reasonable cost.

MES worked with Harvesters to develop a best-value solution. MES also had to work within Harvesters schedule as the warehouses was busy with volunteers and movement of food.
