The ownership group of the Equitable building was looking to undergo a major renovation. They sent their plans to the utility and were told there wasn't a significant energy incentive for the seemingly very energy efficient project. Management wanted to get a second opinion and see if there was more money available.
Solution
MES was able to work with Equitable and find over 5 times more energy incentives that the customer was able to find on their own.
MES reviewed the project carefully and had its engineering team find every efficiency available. MES collaborated with the utility and was able to deliver a much more promising check closer to what the customer was expecting.
