Herzog management and a board member had experience working with MES employees previously and knew what they could do to help businesses like theirs. So, the connection with MES was easy when energy efficiency and overhead expense reduction was a priority for the CFO and Facilities Manager.
Solution
After completing the audit of the utility bills for dozens of locations, MES was able to find 7 opportunities to either save or reduce their cost.
MES worked with Herzog to completed predominant use studies, improve electric rates, and identify a power factor issue.
In addition, MES completed an exterior lighting project for one facility.
