The board of Mission Hills Country Club was concerned they were overpaying for natural gas. They concluded they needed to find an unbiased expert to review their natural gas pricing structure and see if any other energy opportunities exist.
Solution
MES reviewed the existing natural gas agreement and found serious issues. The contract was not transparent and the pricing was significantly higher than the market.
MES worked with the General Manager to put in place a much more competitive gas agreement. Due to the success of the audit work MES accomplished for the club, Mission Hills decided to complete an LED project over time for its large, affluent country club.
