WoodSpring Hotels is the company behind the nation’s fastest-growing value extended-stay hotel brand with more than 235 hotels in 35 states. The company owns nearly 100 hotels and provides management services for both company-owned and franchised locations under the WoodSpring Suites and Value Place brands.
MES was referred to both Woodspring Suites ownership groups who were looking for cost savings and improve profitability. They wanted to accomplish this without any capital outlay.
After completing the utility bill audit, MES found multiple opportunities in refunds and energy incentives.
As a quickly growing, hotel group, the two Woodspring ownership groups are very active in renovations and new construction. MES consulted with the construction teams to identify energy efficiencies and maximize energy incentives.
